A man was arrested last Friday on charges of robbery, following a spate of break-ins at hotels and homes in the Portimão and Carvoeiro areas. The 33 year old Brit was stopped by GNR police officers in Albufeira after he was spotted walking round the city carrying a laptop computer that had been stolen moments before from a local shop.
